Visit www.siriusbenefits.ca – Click “Member Claims Login”, click “Register Account” and complete the registration form, and click sign up. Once your information is verified and void cheque uploaded, you can have claim payments directly deposited into your bank account. Once logged into your account, click on the blue “Submit a Claim” button on the top right-hand corner of the page. (The app is mentioned under claim submissions above)

Claims are to be submitted online via the Sirius webpage: www.siriusbenefits.ca. It is encouraged you download the Sirius Mobile Claims app through the App Store or through Google Play. Alternatively, for a non-electronic solution, you can download the required forms through www.siriusbenefits.ca/forms.html and send/submit it to the address provided within the forms.
